Telehealth uses the latest video-conferencing technology to connect you with a Eleventh House Health and Wellness practitioner from the comfort of your home or office. Your provider will review your medical history and symptoms and will provide a treatment plan, including prescribing medication if needed. If an in person visit is needed due to necessary physical exam, we can schedule a house-call visit with the provider.
