Recognizing the barriers that many individuals face when seeking medical care, Lisa set out to create a solution that would bring essential health services directly to the doorsteps of those in need. Through Eleventh House Health and Wellness, Lisa has made it her mission to provide a range of services, including Medical Weight Loss, Concierge Services and Telehealth, and Wellness Program in a convenient and personalized manner.

Lisa plans to add House Call (Medical and Sick) Services and IV Therapy Services in the future. Stay tuned for developments. These services can significantly enhance the range of offerings available to clients. By providing medical care and treatments in the comfort of their own homes, Eleventh House Health and Wellness can cater to individuals who may have difficulty accessing traditional medical facilities or who prefer the convenience and personalized care of house call services. IV Therapy Services, in particular, can offer clients a convenient and effective way to receive essential vitamins, minerals, and hydration for various health and wellness needs.     Call Eleventh House at 907-302-9011 to set up an appointment. Phone Hours - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 8 am to 8 pm. You can also submit a request online through the contact page.

  3. CONFIRMATION

    After you’ve booked, you will receive forms via patient portal sign up to complete prior to your appointment. You will also receive a confirmation of your appointment

  4. COST

    Sick or routine medical visit

    Each visit consists of two costs:

    ~ Concierge Fee: The concierge fee is the cost of having one of our team members come to your home or conduct a telehealth visit and offer consultations. This fee is calculated only for sick and medical visits, wellness, telehealth and micronutrient testing .

    ~ Service Fees: The costs for services provided during your appointment, such as any testing needed to assist with diagnosis and treatment or any other services. All service fees are clearly outlined on our price page for transparency. Labs may be ordered through our discount lab program Ulta Labs - Labs are drawn and processed through Quest Diagnostics. The other option for labs is Labcorp if you have insurance you would like to use for the lab service.

    Medical weight loss

    ~ Fee is based on medication type (Semaglutide or Tirzepatide) and dosage

    ~ Concierge/Consultation/Follow up visit/Medication fee is included in the Medical weight loss package. The package is based on the dosage of medication. Check the pricing page for more details.

    ~ Labs are an additional cost and will be fully disclosed upon each evaluation. Labs may be ordered through our discount lab program Ulta Labs - Labs are drawn and processed through Quest Diagnostics. The other option for labs is Labcorp if you have insurance you would like to use for the lab service.

    ~ Additional supplements are listed individually with the associated cost

  5. APPOINTMENT

    At the time of your appointment, your Eleventh House provider will bring absolutely everything they need.

  6. FOLLOW UP

    Within a few days of your appointment, an Eleventh House representative will be in touch to see how you’re doing.
